  4. Welcome to the HPLAN2MS hotline which addresses the issues involved
  5. with having HP customers upgrade from HP LAN Manager for OS/2 and MS-
  6. DOS 1.x to Microsoft LAN Manager 2.1.

  8. This hotline consists of 3 parts:
  9.      - this introduction
  10.      - the initial hotline explaining the details of the program
  11.      - a copy of the white paper which will be included in the GULP
  12.        (Global Update LAN Manager Product) sold by Microsoft.  This
  13.        white paper is designed to aid users of HP LAN Manager for OS/2
  14.        and MS-DOS 1.1 determine when to upgrade and then to assist them
  15.        in making the upgrade as easy as possible.
